What is the return policy?
All of our items are made to order and truly one of a kind. Because each piece is handcrafted just for you, please review the size chart carefully to ensure the perfect fit. We want every customer to be completely happy with their order, but since each item is custom made, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
When will I receive my order?
Because each piece is handmade to order, please allow 7–10 business days for your custom item to be crafted and shipped.
What if im between sizes?
If you’ve checked the size chart and don’t see the perfect fit, no worries! Send us an email or DM, and we’ll be happy to help customize your belt to your exact measurements.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are truly made in Hawai'i - handmade right here, on Kaua‘i by one mama with care and attention to detail. The leather and hardware we use are proudly sourced from suppliers across the USA.
